As a member with staff undertaking direct care of children, your team/s can gain access to a wealth of training, development opportunities and resources. Every child in every home deserves the best and this is where consistent therapeutic care really delivers.
Pricing for a membership with The Kaleidoscope Collective is no longer based on the size of your company. This means you pay one price for all staff in the company accessing the benefits of the membership, allowing smaller, medium and larger companies to therapeutically grow and develop without compromising on quality.
*Homes” refers to the company – a company may hold multiple homes. Memberships are aimed at the whole company, not individual homes within it
**“Staff” refers to those actively working within a home, ie support worker, senior support worker, team leader, house manager and registered manager. Staff does not refer to backroom roles such as HR, QA or finance.
